When do W Store items become available?

A new line of WeatherTech employee apparel drops every quarter and is available for purchase
for two weeks.

Do I need to have a WeatherTech email address to participate?


No, but you do need to have a valid email address. Your email will be used to confirm your order and to contact you when your order is ready. Without a valid email, your order will not be placed.

How do I place an order?

Select your desired items on the W Store website, and purchase with a credit or debit card.

Can I pay with cash?

All orders must be placed with a debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted at this time.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock items - These items are available for immediate purchase and will be fulfilled within 5 business days.

Pre-order items - The order window will be open for two weeks only. Order window dates will be confirmed by email and will also be posted on notice boards around campus. Once orders are processed, delivery may take a few weeks depending on item availability.

 

Will this order ship to my home address?

All orders will ship to the corporate building located at 881 Remington. Once delivered,
purchasers will be notified and orders will be available for pickup.

How do I pick up my order?


All orders will ship to the corporate building located at 881 Remington. Orders can be picked up in the front reception area, Monday-Friday at the following times: 9:00AM - 1:30PM or 3:00PM – 4:30PM. Please bring your WeatherTech badge and confirmation email to show when picking up your order.

Can I place an order if I work at the Broomfield location?

Yes! Once all orders are received at the 881 Remington location, we will place all Broomfield
orders on the next outgoing WeatherTech truck for ground shipping. Upon arrival, purchasers
can pick up their orders from Shelby.

Will I be able to return or exchange my items?

Yes, at this time returns are accepted. Refunds will be issued to the card used for purchase.
You must return items within 7 days of receiving them. Items must be in unworn condition
with original tags attached. Since orders are placed based on demand, exchanges may be
extremely limited or unavailable.
